All orders are processed within 24 hours of receiving payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

2. Shipping Time

Delivery timelines depend on your location:

  • Metro cities: 2–4 business days

  • Other locations: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹499

  • A nominal shipping fee may apply to orders below this amount

  • Additional COD charges may be applicable

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email to monitor your shipment in real-time.

5. Delivery Issues
