Refund policy
Products are non-refundable if they are damaged due to customer negligence.
An item may be eligible for return within 3 days from the date of delivery if it meets any of the following conditions:
- The product was received is physically damaged
- Received the wrong item
- In case your package meets one of the above conditions, you need to inform our Customer Care within 3 business days of receipt of the package, by making a video of the opening of the box with damaged product inside and sending us the video and photos by writing to us on our email id at support@revitenourishments.com
- Once we received the return request, our team will validate the claim and provide return instructions via email within 3 business days.
- After receiving the return instruction we will arrange the reverse pickup shortly.
- Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect and validate the claim within 3 business days
If the return is approved:
- Credit note shall be issued to you on your customer id
- In case you don’t want a refund we will arrange a replacement of your product
- In case you claim the refund amount, then amount shall be credited on original mode of payment.
- If the return is not approved, the product will be shipped back to you.
REFUND POLICY
Any return product credit amount of the refundable amount will be sent to you within a maximum of 15 days from the date on which Revite Nourishments Pvt. Ltd. receives returned goods in an unused state.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Kindly send us an email at support@revitenourishments.com along with whatspp to +91 7718053933 with specific reasons for the cancellation. Cancellation shall be approved in case the material has not been shipped / couriered or not assigned for shipment/courier.
Prepaid order refunds are given in the form of a credit note or original mode of payment.
